About me
I loved to write when I was young so I studied journalism. In my 20's I fell in love with yoga and eventually became a teacher. During the COVID lockdown in 2020 I started teaching yoga online. Although I loved seeing my students in their living rooms doing yoga with their pets, something was missing. I sat down and wrote a book detailing how the act of journaling combined with yoga can really help yoga practitioners experience a deeper connection to the practice of yoga and to themselves. I hope what's offered here helps you get more familiar and comfortable with all your amazing qualities and characteristics. May all that's here be instrumental in bringing yoga home to yourself.
